When Rosie's first family had to surrender her at 9 years old, she was devastated. But 3 years later (and 30 lbs lost!!) she has found a new lease on life with her forever family! When she is not napping, Rosie can be found demanding to be pet or sniffing every blade of grass on a walk. Rosie absolutely LOVES kids and hopes that you will vote for her so she can raise lots of money for kids with congenital heart defects!
