Rules:

There is a $5 entry fee to participate. The entry fee benefits all the dogs at Dog Star Rescue! Participants can enter as many photos as they want but each photo has a separate entry fee.
All dogs are welcome! Your pet does not have to be adopted from Dog Star Rescue to be entered in the contest.
Photos must be of pets only since we will be using these photos in our calendar. All animals must be depicted in a humane and dignified manner.
You can submit as many photos as you like, but each photo must contain ONLY one pet.
We ask that you send only well-focused, sharp images that are high resolution (300 dpi and above – 3300 pixels by 2550 pixels – or 8.5 x 11). Photos not meeting this criteria may be rejected or you may be asked for a different, higher resolution entry. NO BLURRY CELL PHONE ENTRIES!
Color and Black/White photos are acceptable
If your entry was taken by a professional or commercial photographer, we cannot accept it.
Entry period is April 12, 2021 12:00 AM EST through May 9, 2021 9:00 PM EST.
Voting period is also April 12, 2021 12:00 AM EST through May 9, 2021 9:00 PM EST.
Each vote is $1. There is no limit to the number of times a person can vote.
The winners will be notified by June 21, 2021. Arrangements will be made at that time for the winners to collect their prizes.
Dog Star Rescue reserves the right to remove any pictures for any reason.
Dog Star Rescue will not be responsible for incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Dog Star Rescue.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dog Star Rescue. We reserve the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest as solely determined by Dog Star Rescue.
