Your Dog's Story or Bio
Savannah was turned into a pound in Texas when she was approximately three years old. A Northern Virginia rescue group sponsored her and helped find her a Texas foster. Then, they thought they had a family in Baltimore, MD to take her so put her on a transport headed East, but the family backed out during her journey here. She bounced through a couple of temporary foster families until she found her furever family. We couldn't love her any more (and yes, she does have a Texas twang when she barks)! At 85lbs, Savannah thinks she is a lap dog. This is her, "Let's cuddle" face.
