I was neutered, litter trained and then abandoned as a baby and lived in a NE neighborhood on my own. There were at times kind humans who fed me and I often hunted mice and birds. It wasn’t until a special family moved to the neighborhood that I found my people. I selected them and their kitten to be my friends and for 7 years they fed me, loved me, and gave me shelter in their laundry room. They even let me tease and play with their kitten when he came out for walks on a leash.

My people were renters and in Feb-March of 2020 they moved to their own newly built home. They didn’t think I could become an indoor cat and be friends with their other boy kitty. Since I am FIV positive, they looked for another home for me and couldn’t find one. They became very worried about me and finally decided that I was meant to be with them, so I moved also!

I adjusted well to inside living and having a brother. I am quiet, tolerant of their younger boy kitty, and affectionate. I finally have a 'real' home and family that loves me. I don’t miss living outside at all. I go out on the deck once in a while and that’s enough!
