Rules

This contest consists of voting for your favorite decorated Christmas window.
Votes will be accepted from December 1st at 8am until December 24th at 6pm.
The winner with the most votes will be announced on Facebook on December 25th.
By participating, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, the decisions of DBI, which shall be final and binding in all respect, and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
The contest is open to legal residents of United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age. Employees, DBI board members or their immediate families and/or people living in their household, are not eligible to participate. Eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and ordinances.
To enter please cast your vote by donating $1 or more to vote for your favorite decorated window.
No cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered to the winner.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
The business that has the most votes will be notified via Facebook and have bragging rights until the next Christmas season.
By participating, the entrant, on behalf of him/herself, his/her heirs, executors and administrators, release and hold harmless DBI, and DBI employees, and board of directors, from any liability, injury, loss, litigation or damage that may occur, either directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant's participation herein.
DBI reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to have tampered with the entry process or has violated these Official Rules.
DBI reserves the right to modify the contest terms in the event of an occurrence outside their control, including but not limited to, an Act of God, civil disturbance, terrorist threat, fire, or epidemic.
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The forum and venue for any disputes shall be the Court of relevant jurisdiction in Bedford, Pennsylvania. Any claim for damages shall be expressly limited to actual damages.
To obtain the name of the winner and a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed-stamped envelope to DBI, PO Box 286, Bedford, Pennsylvania 15522.
All such requests must be made within fifteen (15) days of the close of the contest.
