Carmine was a quiet, sweet snuggle buddy with a big appetite and and even bigger eyes that drew you in and made you fall in love immediately. He did his own thing like most dachshunds do but always wanted to be around us and petting his belly and behind his ears was my favorite thing to do . He was so gentle and easy going and we miss him so much. Carmine came to us from Little Paws after we lost our red headed dachshund Alabama in 2021. We never thought we could love another. We were wrong. Carmine showed us that. He is in heaven with Alabama and my dad and brother… getting treats and belly rubs whenever he wants.
