Pet's Story
I first saw Zappy on the DCHS page with his brothers and sisters ….a while later I saw him and they had all been adopted! For some reason he just kept showing up on my Facebook page and I just loved his little face! I decided to fill out the application and I was approved to adopt him, and he has been my best friend ever since. He follows me all over the house and at bedtime he has a very cozy blanket and when the light goes out he falls sound asleep right next to me! He knows when it’s almost time for me to come home from work because he’s always setting on the couch looking at the door and jumps down and gets so excited!! My father recently passed away, and Zappy was so comforting! We have definitely become best friends!!
