Your Pet's Bio/Story
Hank was adopted from a shelter in April 2013. He was in a room with a couple other dogs seemingly reflecting on his life and staring out of the window while the other two dogs were playing and running around him. The moment I met him, he placed his paw on my knee and looked at me with his big brown eyes - that was it! The 2 year old boxer mix had a new family! He loves hikes, breweries, racing through the bushes, cuddling on the couch, relaxing in the grass and visiting with family and friends. Even though he is a young dog, he has a very calm and patient attitude. Just recently, we began the process of getting certified as a therapy dog so he can share his soothing demeanor with the elderly and children at nursing homes and libraries. He's the best dog I know!
