Your Pet's Bio/Story
My twins and I had a female corgi who we rescued from a breeder after she lost two litters of puppies. She seemed so forlorn, so we stalked the Dumb Friends League website until we found a young male corgi (well, we like to say his mother knew a corgi!) to keep our sweet Katydid company. We found Dugan 11 years ago at the Buddy Center when he was about 3 months old. He loved his new adopted mother immediately and followed the kids around devotedly. We think the non-corgi part is heeler because when I mow the grass with my reel mower, he walks behind me with his nose right between my heels. He specializes in rounding up groups of children and keeping the cats from fighting. Katydid passed away a couple of years ago and twins are in college but I still have my bestie! Dugan Did It!
