Your Pet's Bio/Story
Marty is an 11 yr old longhaired dachshund and we adopted him in 2018 as a special needs pet whose people couldn't care for him. He is diabetic and, at the time, had cataracts. Marty had cataract surgery 6 mos. ago and now has beautiful brown eyes! Marty is young at heart with lots of energy and he loves to run free, hide bones and toys in the yard, and take "nappies" with his mommy. Marty loves people and shows his love with licks...and licks...and licks! He is the sheriff at the dog park where he barks and chases any dogs he thinks are misbehaving. He lives with his furry siblings, Andy the Jack Russell terrier mix (4 yrs old) and Beau, a domestic short hair kitty (13 yrs old) - both were adopted from The Buddy Center!
