Your Pet's Bio/Story
Blaze was rescued off the street in northern Colorado and taken to a shelter in Adam's County. From there he made a quick stop at Freedom Service Dogs, who adopted him as a service dog hopeful. Though he has many excellent qualities, Blaze's high-energy personality and easily-distracted nature made it quickly apparent that he was not destined for the life of a service dog, but rather a life of pampering, couch cuddles, and enough tennis balls to launch a local Wimbledon. After a few rounds of foster care, Blaze's humans met him for 10 minutes and knew it was a done deal. Now four years into his life with his furrever family, Blaze goes on many hiking and camping adventures with his humans and, though he has many beds throughout the house, has taken up permanent residence in his preferred bed: theirs.
