Your Pet's Bio/Story
I'm Nahla and in this photo, I just turned 4 years old in May! I'm in my 4th and forever home -- I was rescued from the DFL in December 2019. They used to call me "LaLa," but my Mom thought I needed a more elegant name because I'm part Basenji; I'm told that I'm part Rat Terrier, too! This is why I like to run fast, bounce and jump high, stand on my hind legs to see everything, and I think I'd be pretty good at agility obstacles. Mom says I had a lot of anxiety, but she has shown me how smart and strong I am, helped me with my confidence, holistically healed my sensitivities and itchiness, and lets me play with puzzle toys and run in the sunshine everyday! She calls me her gentle lovebug!
