Your Pet's Bio/Story
Bindie arrived at DFL as a 15-week-old puppy with a couple of broken toes, requiring a little cast & splint and several weeks of recovery. With a bit of trepidation, we decided to take her on as foster, having only fostered adult dogs up to this point. It didn't take long for her sweet brown eyes, big smile and gentle spirit to make it impossible to imagine our world without her. Through additional physical therapy, Bindie's paw fully recovered, making it a joy to watch her run and play to her heart's content. These days, she can't get enough of running through water after tennis balls, making new fluffy friends and cuddling up with us (or her favorite spot under the couch) each night to close out the day.
