Your Pet's Bio/Story
Luna was adopted from the Dumb Friends League fundraiser. She was fearful, shy, and didn't know how to walk on a leash or swim.

She would duck her head away every time we tried to pet her, and cower away from new people entering her home. Watching Luna feel so much fear was heartbreaking, but our patience with her was overwhelming rewarded.

We're almost a year out from her adoption, and she is a total love, not shy at all, goes on 12+ mile hikes and long swims, and is training at home for agility trials. Instead of shying away from a head pat, she will sit her bottom right in your lap and practically demand her fair share of pets.

Now she spends her days between Denver and the mountains, always up for hiking, swimming, and playing at the dog park.
