Your Pet's Bio/Story
Señor Easton was born in Tijuana in 2016, and was badly injured in a car accident almost two years later. A rescue group found him on the street, an open leg wound dripping blood and showing exposed bone. Easton was brought to Denver, where I met and adopted him shortly after his amputation surgery. He’s become my best friend, an unofficial mascot of my neighborhood and workplace, and has reinvigorated his elderly Golden Retriever Aunt Ginger. Easton has participated in three DDFL Furry Scurries, as well as a Colfax 5K and a Freedom Service Dogs Doggie Plunge. Nothing can stop this three-legged friendly-faced comedian — except the opportunity to beg for steak. Easton (and his Aunt Ginger) are shown in this photo, telecommuting as so many of us are during the pandemic.
