Your Pet's Bio/Story
Chico is a cool cat. We had looked at several cats one day and deflated after not finding a match were on our way out of the Quebec shelter. As we pushed open the exit doors suddenly we saw Chico sleeping in the window. When he was brought into the visiting room he instantly curled up in my daughter's lap and started purring. That doesn't sound that unusual for a cat be lazy and sit still but it does when two rambunctious little kids also sit still. He is very social and wants to be with us no matter where we are in the house. We are not sure if he realizes he is a cat. He talks to us as if we understand, snuggles with us at night, and has a chair at the dinner table.
