Your Pet's Bio/Story
Marlowe is a rescue dog, an Australian Shepherd mix of some sort. She was found on an elementary school playground, along with her sister, in NM. We adopted her at about 4 months old, she is now about 10 months old and as sweet as a dog can be. She loves kids, all people, and other dogs. She starts wagging her tail the instant she sees another human or dog. She also loves to play, can run very fast, and her herding breed background becomes very evident during play time! We changed her name from the one the foster family gave her...same first syllable, but Marlowe in old English means “Driftwood”. It was the perfect name because of her color and the fact that she was “drifting” as a stray. She is no longer a drifter but a much loved member of our family!
