Your Pet's Bio/Story
Shelby is a black lab/golden retriever mix who we adopted from Golden Retriever Freedom Rescue in 2014. She was originally named Cassie, which is part of how we knew she was perfect for our family because that is my name. :) She is pretty lazy but loves to bark at the squirrels in our back yard and make sure her brother, Cowboy, is behaving.
Cowboy was a foster "fail" through the DDFL. He came to us at just 4 weeks old as the runt of his litter and him and his two brothers were very sick. We nursed them all back to health but we had fallen in love with Cowboy and his silly personality. Cowboy's favorite toy is a 5 foot long snake and he is constantly on the move. If you can't find him, he has probably squeezed himself underneath somebody's bed for a nap.
