Your Pet's Bio/Story
Rudy was born with the umbilical cord around her leg. The vet told the breeders that they should put her down, due to the unknown quality of life. Luckily, the breeders refused. The breeders had a difficult time selling her because no one wanted a dog with 3 1/2 legs and an uncertain future. But when I walked in and met her as a tiny ball of happy fluff, I couldn’t leave without her. At a year old, she got the pink brace that you see in the picture that helps her walk that she will have for life. And that doesn’t slow her down even a little bit. She’s jumped fences, climbed mountains, swam in the lakes, and chased rabbits and butterflies to her hearts content. She loves pets and attention, so feel free to give her a scratch if you ever see us out and about!
