Your Pet's Bio/Story
I adopted Cookie(in the wheelchair) in 2009 after fostering her.She came to the League paralyzed. The League had the wheelchair made for her.She took to the wheelchair and started running around the very first time I put her in it.She is almost 16 now and is as fun and bossy as she has always been. I adopted Rocky in 2017.The lump on his head is an encephalocele,an abnormal protrusion of brain tisue through a congenital defect in his skull,that is not repairable. He takes medication to prevent seizures which is working very well. He is 8 years old. He is a great lap sitter and he likes to chase my cat which is not easy because Rocky is almost blind.
