Your Pet's Bio/Story
On the night of December 6th 2022 Miss Georgia appeared on my porch, cold and hungry. I held my front door open, and she trustingly walked inside. She devoured a quick meal of lunch meat and milk, and fell asleep on the couch - sleeping for several hours. At a visit to the vet the next day, the vet wrapped torn paw pads, noted a low blood cell count due to starvation, and estimated she was about 8 months old, no chip. She weighed only 4.8 lbs. The vet and techs kept commenting about what a "good little patient" she was. I agreed, she has a sweet manner about her that I'd not seen before. She had been part of a family, she had a home that she somehow lost. Today Georgia weighs 9.2 lbs. She loves chasing fuzzy balls and watching squirrels from her window perch.
