Your Pet's Bio/Story
Two year old mixed breed rescued from Houston shelter with dreadful history of abuse. Used for target practice with residual buckshot observes throughout his body. He came to Denver with extensive collar/harness burns, broken hip, large lipoma and eventually heart worm positive. FHR surgery at DDFL. Did well for 6 months and then converted to Heart Worm positive. Painful treatments and slow recovery. Settled in and is very calm but insecure. Gets along well with 3 rescue cats and they all sleep together but in separate spots on the bed. He is 22% Pit Bull but has no aggression. He is a great traveling companion & has been to Grand Canyon & Jackson Hole. Regal old man now that loves lying in the sun,
