Your Pet's Bio/Story
Maya was “Our Sweet Old Soul”. ❤️ This Heinz 57 mutt was approximately 3 years old when we adopted her from a rescue in Cancun, Mexico in 2015. Soon after her adoption, we welcomed a kitten into our home. Caillat (AKA Kitten) was adopted from DDFL with a rare genetic issue- one kidney and 1/2 a uterus.

From the moment they met, Maya and Caillat were best friends with a strong interspecies bond. They would play, snuggle, and groom each other all day long.

Maya absolutely loved Caillat, young kids/babies, sunbathing, playing ball, hiking, and sleeping on soft furniture! She passed suddenly and unexpectedly in 2021. She lived a joyous life and gave everyone who knew her a lifetime of beautiful memories.
