Poppy loves to ride in the car, but only if she can sit on the floor behind the driver’s seat.

Your Pet's Bio/Story
Poppy is three years old and was adopted from a rescue when she was six months old. I quickly discovered that she loves to play in water (puddles, a creek, the ocean). She isn’t afraid to get her face wet and is a good swimmer. She is very food motivated and will try to take food away from other dogs, even after they have reprimanded her. She is afraid of people, but not thunderstorms or fireworks. She is very loving and follows me wherever I go, even room to room in my house.
She loves to sit in my chair with me with her head draped over the back so I can rub her belly. When Poppy hears the doorbell, even on the television, she will hide under a blanket or under the kitchen table.
