LEO LOVED BALL !!!!!

From Castle Rock Dumb Friends League - our 2nd DDFL dog.
Probably originally from a Puppy Mill....
(We are now on our 3rd very loved DDFL dog now 13 years old!)

Leo was so cute! He always looked like a Labrador puppy - even when he was old and gray bearded... Everyone wanted to pet him, especially children. But Leo was absolutely terrified of all people and especially children. So our biggest task became protecting him from other people's unwanted attention to keep him emotionally safe.
With other humans: Guarded, safe interactions only!

Leo was the sweetest, most loving dog.
Leo passed at a relatively young age 11 : massive cancer :(. His life possibly shortened from early abuse. It was heartbreaking...
We miss him very, very much every day.
