Your Pet's Bio/Story
A friend fostered dogs and agreed to do so for Spicoli. I went along to pick up the dogs from the rescue. Spicoli was small, scared, weak, and horribly disproportionate. He desperately wanted love and attention. For the ride home and evening that followed, he crawled in my lap seeking and giving affection. I had no intent of adopting and my living situation didn’t permit it. I found myself going to my friend's and picking Spicoli up for trips to the park and secret slumber parties. I took him everywhere- my weekend warrior buddy. I still hadn't planned on adopting him....that is until I found out my friend started actively trying to get him adopted. A family wanted him. The reality hit me that he could be gone just like that! I filled out the paperwork immediately and started looking for a new home. His personality blossomed. 6yrs strong!
