Your Pet's Bio/Story
I found Sparky at DDFL in 2004. It was love at first sight. We moved to California and back and even though he was a rez dog from New Mexico he is a Coloradan at heart. We went on trips to the Grand Canyon and he loves to hike even though they have become shorter due to age. He has been through a lot in his 12 years but he doesn't let it get him down. He was diagnosed with IMHA at age 8 and lost his eye due to melanoma of the iris in 2014. He is a super pup and the love of my life. In June he lost his sister, Willow, and is learning to be a solo pup again. Personally, I think he loves the extra attention!
