Your Pet's Bio/Story
We adopted Comet from the DDFL at the end of 2009 when he was about 4 years old. He had previously been adopted and returned 2 months later, so we were anxious to give him his forever home. We were looking for a little brother for our 8 year old DDFL alumnus, Bandit, and Comet (then "North") was a perfect fit. The two were "seasonally compatible" and were bonded at the hip. Comet is now the only dog in our pack, but after having cataract surgery last year, he sees perfectly and happily goes hiking with us every weekend! He is the sweetest boy ever!
