Your Pet's Bio/Story
After losing our oldest DDFL alumnus after moving to Prescott, AZ, we decided to get another pal for our remaining DDFL doggy. We have a special place in our heart for seniors so decided to adopt another one. Hope was a "super senior" of about 11 when she was brought to a local rescue organization after being abandoned at a dog park in Phoenix. She is SO sweet and over time, her fun personality has started to shine. She is very expressive and talks a lot! She has carpal hyperextension and walks flat all the way back to her wrists. Our vet knew of a company that makes braces for this condition so we had custom braces made and she can now go for a mile and a half hike! Seniors rule!
