Your Pet's Bio/Story
The little one is Mama and she and her son adore each other! She showed up in my barn, wild and pregnant shortly after my mother died. She had 5 kittens that I helped deliver. From that moment on, she'd let me touch her and she'd eat canned food out of my hand. She is a tiny thing, and probably less than a year old when she had these kittens, and I don't think she had enough colostrum. Even though the babies were growing and getting fat, 3 of them died. Goopy had conjunctivitis and a lesion on his leg that had to be treated, and Chloe, his sister, was fine. When I sold my last ranch and moved to town, I couldn't leave them behind. They are now "town cats" and very happy with their backyard, which I've lined with netted cat fence so they can still be outdoors
