Winks came o the Potter League Shelter in Middletown,RI from Texas. We adopted her with one eye and have no idea what happened. It does not slow her down at all. She's so athletic & loves her brother who was adopted from a shelter in Hawaii. She loves long walks around the Aquidneck Land Trust trails in RI.
