Pet's Story
We met Josie at a Forgotten Friends Rescue event and fell in love! She is a sweet, spunky Red Heeler and has really come out of her shell in the year since she joined our family. At first she didn’t understand toys, but every morning (after cuddles of course) she brings her favorite stuffed pumpkin or carrot or corn to us for playtime! Her best friend is our cat Lainey; they love to zoom around the house, play in cardboard boxes, and get into mischief together. Josie loves going for walks and getting compliments on her coyote-like tail.

What Emancipet means to you and your pet
Josie came to us with a broken canine tooth. It didn’t really bother her, until it became infected over the holidays. Emancipet gave her antibiotics prior to her dental appointment, where they removed the broken tooth and gave her a dental cleaning, all at a much lower cost than we had been quoted at her other veterinarian. It was clear how much better she felt (her breath was much better too!). We want to do everything we can to keep Josie happy and healthy, and Emancipet removes the barrier of cost from her care.
