Calendar Contest Rules
Welcome to the Enchanted Fairies 2018 Kingdom Calendar Contest! Now that your Enchanted Fairies or Mighty Warrior photo session is over and we've chosen the image to be entered in the voting portion of the contest, the fun really begins.

Remember, the more votes you get for your Child's photograph the better the chances that he/she will win one of our wonderful prize packages and appear in the "Enchanted Fairies 2018 Kingdom Calendar" while raising funds to help Kidd's Kids

The Enchanted Fairies 2018 Calendar Contest is to support Kidd's Kids. We are proud to support an agency who is committed to providing magical adventures for children who are special needs or terminally ill.


Voting
Voting will be through a link to our website that will be provided to you in an email sent to the email address stated in your Registration Form.

You will be able to increase the chances of your child's photograph winning by encouraging your friends, family, co-workers. to vote for your child. Votes will be $1 donation per vote with a minimum of $5 per transaction and your friends and family may vote as often as they wish.

The voting portion of the contest will be conducted 00:00:00 AM (CST) October 1st , 2017 through October 31st, 2017 11:59:59 PM ("Voting Period").

All donations for the Voting Period are non-refundable. Voting transactions are made online through a secure site.


To Enter
In order to enter your child in the Enchanted Fairies 2018 Kingdom Calendar Contest, you must have registered for a photography sitting held at Enchanted Fairies prior to the Voting Period.


Eligibility
Any Child who had their photograph taken during one of the photography sittings scheduled prior to the Voting Period.


How the Winners Will Be Determined
Winners will be based on the number of votes each photograph receives during the Voting Period for each category ("Winner").

Should there be a tie; the prize will be divided between the two Winners in a way determined by the Kidd's Kids and Enchanted Fairies.

If there is a tie for the Grand Prize Winner, the Kidd's Kids and Enchanted Fairies reserve the right to choose the Grand Prize Winner.

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will be the child that receives the most overall votes during the Voting Period.

Top Twelve: After the Grand Prize Winner is selected, the twelve kids receiving the top number of votes will receive prize packages.


Prizes
Grand Prize: The image with the most votes will be considered as the Grand Prize Winner and will be featured as the cover of the 2018 Calendar. The parents will receive:

- a 40 Hand Painted Portrait Portrait Painting ($20,000 Value) 

- a 2018 Calendar for their home ($10 value)

- featured as the cover model for the Enchanted Fairies 2018 Kingdom Calendar benefitting Kidd's Kids

- Breakfast and Meet and Greet with the Kidd Kraddick in the Morning Show at the Canal Side Lounge in Las Colinas.

- a Trip for 4 to Walt Disney World.

2ND and 3RD RUNNER UP PRIZES: The next 3 photographs with the most votes (after the Grand Prize winner) will win:

- a place on one of the twelve months for the calendar

- a 2018 Calendar for their home ($10 value)

- a 20" Monarch Portrait ($5,000 value) with full art work and artistry

- Breakfast and Meet and Greet with the Kidd Kraddick in the Morning Show at the Canal Side Lounge in Las Colinas. 


4TH - 13TH RUNNER UP PRIZES: The next 9 photographs with the most votes (after the Grand Prize, 2ND and 3RD PRIZE winners) will win:

-  a place on one of the twelve months for the calendar.

- a 2018 Calendar for their home ($10 value)

- a 20" Monarch Portrait ($5,000 value) with full art work and artistry

A new Enchanted Fairies or Mighty Warrior photo session may be scheduled for the Special Calendar Cover and a Family session will be scheduled for the Portrait Painting.  Kidd's Kids and Enchanted Fairies will choose the month for each child.

The parents will receive a 16x20 Poster Portrait of the winning child and may be asked to participate in a new photography session for a new picture that may go in the calendar.

I - Package Giveaway Package Description

A. The 2018 Complimentary Walt Disney World® Resort package will include the following for up to four(4) guests:

Three-night accommodations at a Disney Moderate* Resort hotel. (Views are not guaranteed and are based on availability.)

Four (4) 4-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option (one per person). For each day of the ticket, guests will enjoy admission to Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and / or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.

Disney Dining Plan: Choose from over 100 select restaurants. The Disney Dining Plan will include:

One Table-Service meal - Includes entree, dessert (lunch and dinner only) and beverage, or one full buffet, if available. Beverage can be non-alcoholic, specialty (where available) or alcoholic (guests 21 and up only).

One Quick-Service meal - Includes entree, dessert (lunch and dinner only) and beverage.

Beverage can be non-alcoholic, specialty (where available) or alcoholic (guests 21 and up only).

Two Snacks per person, per night at Quick-Service, Snack cart and select merchandise locations

One Resort Rapid Fill mug per person, per package (eligible for refills at Quick-Service locations at your Disney Resort hotel during your length of stay).

Round trip airfare‡ from any major US Airport and Orlando International Airport (MCO).

C. Package Hotels

*Disney Moderate Resorts include: Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. The specific resort for this package will depend on availability for the guest’s preferred travel dates.

D. Dining Plan Exclusions

**Dining Plan Exclusions: Gratuities not included except at Dinner Shows, Cinderella’s Royal Table and private (in-room) dining. Selecting a separate prix fixe menu offered at certain locations requires payment of a surcharge in addition to redeeming the number of Table-Service entitlements required at the location.

Alcoholic beverages not included. Children 3-9 must choose from a children's menu for Table-Service dining where available. One Table-Service meal may be exchanged for one Character Dining Experience.

All meals at Cinderella’s Royal Table require two Table-Service meals. Two Table-Service meals may also be exchanged for either one Signature Dining Experience at some of the finest restaurants, Category 2 or Category 3 seating at all Dinner Shows (subject to availability) and Category 1 seating at the 8:30pm Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (subject to availability) or private (in-room) dining. Merchandise or photo imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining Experiences are not included.

E. Travel Dates

i. Package must be booked 30 days in advance

ii. The guest must provide three (3) available check-in dates in order of their travel preference. The final package travel dates will depend on availability.

iii. Travel must be completed by 12/21/2018

iv. 2018 Walt Disney World® Block-out Dates (not available for travel on these dates):

F. Walt Disney World Requirements

The Walt Disney World® Resort requires that at least one member of the party be over eighteen years of age. Any incidental charges, such as meals beyond what the Disney Dining Plan includes, phone calls, laundry, room services are not included, and are paid by the recipient upon checkout. If there are more than four guests, we will advise to book a second room. Rooms required for additional guests will not include package amenities such as Park Hoppers or the Disney Dining Plan. These items may be purchased by the guest. Payments will go directly to the Walt Disney Travel Company and must be booked through Crazy Imagination Travel.

G. Gratuities

Gratuities are not included. This includes but it not limited to gratuities for servers at restaurants, baggage services and housekeeping.

E. Air Round trip coach airfare is included and is capped at $500 per person.

‡Crazy Imagination Travel is not financially responsible for the following: Delayed flights, missed flights, cancelled flights*, flight time changes, seat assignment, seat changes, seat upgrades, baggage fees, transportation between the guest’s home and the airport or gratuities relating to any of these items.

*Flights cancelled by the airline will be handled on an individual basis and best faith efforts will be made to ensure the guest(s) arrives at their vacation destination as efficiently and safely as possible.

II - Terms & Conditions

Guest(s) understand(s) and agree(s) to the following conditions:

i. This vacation package is nontransferable and nonrefundable. Once redeemed and the reservation confirmed, no changes will be accepted.

ii. This vacation package cannot be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Vacation elements may not be substituted.

iii. If the total package is not used there is no refund - monetary or voucher - due.

iv. Guests are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passport, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. It is the Guest’s responsibility to check with government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure they have proper citizenship documentation. U.S. Citizens can also visit the State Department’s travel website at http://www.travel.state.gov/ or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at 877-4USA-PPT for more information. Guests of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports.

v. Optional package “add on” components will be at the guest’s expense. This includes but is not limited to the Memory Maker Photo Package, a reservation at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (based on availability), a reservation a Pirate’s League (based on availability), Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Tickets (based on availability), Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Tickets (based on availability) and /or admission to the Disney Water Parks. To purchase or reserve these additional package components, a valid credit or debit card in the guest’s name will be required. All transactions will be processed directly through the Walt Disney Travel Company and are subject to Disney’s Terms & Conditions which will be provided to the guest in writing prior to purchase.

vi. Regarding the air component of travel, the guest will assume responsibility for the following:

a. Education, understanding and compliance with the airline carrier’s requirements for check in, seat assignments, baggage sizes and weight as well as proper identification. Other requirements spelled out by the airline carrier not listed here are also at the guest’s responsibility.

b. Checking in online or at the airport per the airline’s recommendations.

c. Checking flight status for any changes in departure time, terminal or gate.

d. Transportation between their home and the airport on their travel dates. This includes costs or fees associated with transportation between their home and the airport including gas, parking, taxis, Uber and so on.

e. Costs or fees associated with seat selection, seat changes or seat upgrades which can be made directly through the airline carrier.

f. Cost or fees associated with baggage including but not limited to carry on, checked bag and weight overage fees charged by the airline carrier.

g. Delayed Flights: In the event of a delayed flight, the guest will coordinate with the airline carrier to determine and / or negotiate options. No reimbursement by Crazy Imagination Travel will be made to the guest for delayed flights.

h. Flight cancellations: In the event of flight cancellation on the day of travel, the guest will coordinate with the airline carrier to determine and / or negotiate options. In the event of flight cancellation prior to the day of travel, Crazy Imagination Travel will work with the airline on the guest’s behalf to secure alternate flights. No reimbursement by Crazy Imagination Travel will be made to the guest for cancelled flights.

i. Missed Flights: In the event the guest misses their flight(s), the guest will work with the airline carrier to determine next steps and options. No reimbursement by Crazy Imagination Travel will be made to the guest for missed flights.

j. Flight Time Changes: It’s customary for flight times to change prior to travel. This window is usually within 30 minutes or less of the originally booked flight time. The guest assumes responsibility for checking flight times leading up to their time of travel. Most carriers allow guests to request flight status updates free of charge using one or more of the following: Email, text or the carrier’s app. No reimbursement will be made to the guest for flight time changes.

III - Crazy Imagination Travel Fulfillment

A. Enchanted Fairies Guest(s) will be provided exemplary service from Crazy Imagination Travel.

B. Crazy Imagination Travel will provide concierge level services to the guest(s) at no cost:

 MagicBand Customization and Ordering

 Dining Reservations - Based on availability

 FastPass+ Selections - Based on availability

 Magical Express Transportation Set Up - For guests flying into MCO

 Itinerary Consultation and Planning - Tailored to the guest

 Pre Arrival Consultation - Transportation information, hotel check in and more

C. Guest(s) will work with a Crazy Imagination Travel Advisor to provide the following reservation details required by Disney to secure their reservation:

i. Each guest’s first and last name with date of birth

ii. Mailing address

iii. One or more phone numbers for communication

iv. One or more email addresses for communication

v. A valid credit or debit card required by Disney to secure dining reservations

vi. A preferred email address and password to set up the guest’s My Disney Experience account at DisneyWorld.com required by Disney to secure FastPasses. The password can be changed by the guest after travel has been completed.

vii. Minimum of three (3) arrival date options provided. Dates must be at least 30 days out and must not be within the blackout periods (provided October 2017).

D. After the information above has been provided, allow 7-10 business days, excluding holidays, for an e-mail confirmation containing a reservation number.

E. Crazy Imagination Travel will make best faith efforts to secure the best flight schedule for the guests’ travel dates. Once air arrangements have been finalized, the guest will be provided with a confirmation number (record locator number). The guest will use that information to complete online check in and so on as spelled out in section II.vi.

Additional prizes from sponsors may be announced.


Enchanted Fairies 2018 Calendar
The 2018 Calendars will be for sale beginning December 1st, 2017.
One free 2018 Calendar will be mailed to each of the winners.

Should you wish to purchase additional 2018 Calendars, you may purchase them from the Kidd's Kids and Enchanted Fairies during normal business hours or you may request to have them mailed to you via the online website.

The 2018 Calendars will cost $10 each. Postage will be $10 for the first 2018 Calendar and an additional $2 per 2018 Calendar after that.


Winner Notification/Prize Claims
The Winners will be announced the week of November 5th, 2017. Winners will be notified by telephone and email.

In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate Winner.


Additional Terms
By accepting a prize, the Winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness, voice, biographical information and/or their child's photography and biographical information for promotional and other purposes related to the 2018 Calendar Contest or any future Calendar Contests by the Kidd's Kids and Enchanted Fairies without additional compensation.

The Winner, by acceptance of any prize, acknowledges compliance with these Rules and agrees to release Kidd's Kids and Enchanted Fairies, and officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, and agents ("Releasees") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Calendar Contest or the receipt, redemption, or use of any prize, including any injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession, or awarding of any prize.

By entering the 2018 Calendar Contest, you agree to grant the Kidd's Kids and Enchanted Fairies, their legal representatives, successors, and assigns the nonexclusive right and permission to use, modify, adapt, reproduce, publish, and distribute your entry, or any portion thereof, including your child's photo, throughout the world, in any printed form and by any kind of mechanical or electronic or any other method or device of reproduction, publication, and distribution known or later developed, during the full term of the copyright, and without notification or payment. Should you wish to remove your entry or photograph from the contest, please contact Enchanted Fairies at the email below.

Services of Kidd's Kids and Enchanted Fairies agree that they will never sell your entry or rights in your entry to any individual or entity.


Limitation of Liability
Kidd's Kids and Enchanted Fairies are not liable to you for any reason should we not be able to photograph your child or ask you to remove your child during a photography sitting, except to refund your deposit.

You understand and agree that neither the Kidd's Kids nor Enchanted Fairies will be liable to you for any injuries sustained by you or your child during your photography sitting.

If, for any reason, the 2018 Calendar Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason including infection by computer viruses, bugs, or tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt or infect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the 2018 Calendar Contest, Kidd's Kids, and Enchanted Fairies reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the 2018 Calendar Contest.


Photo Contest: Legal Conditions
By entering this contest, you agree to certain legal conditions stated in this document as already stated above and further clarified below.

References to "EF" shall include: Kidd's Kids, Enchanted Fairies, and their affiliates, and officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, and agents ("Releasees")

By entering, participants agree to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless EF , its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, and agents from any and all third party liability for any and all liabilities and expenses (including without limitation, fees of attorneys, investigators and experts) injuries, loss, claim, action, demand, or damage of any kind which may be asserted against, imposed upon or incurred from or in connection with the competition (collectively, "Losses"), including without limitation any third party claim for copyright infringement or a violation of an individual's right to privacy and/or publicity right. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

Each entrant in the Contest ("Entrant") is responsible for ensuring that he or she has the right to submit the photos that he or she submits to the Contest per these rules.

You as Entrant or site user/visitor, agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved with EF and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dallas, Texas, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Florida without regard for rules of conflicts of law. IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, PARTICIPANT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS' FEES, OR ANY DAMAGES OTHER THAN PARTICIPANT'S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (IF ANY) ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ANY MONIES AWARDED TO YOU CAN NOT EXCEED THE ENTRY FEE(s) OR VOTING FEE(s) PAID BY YOU. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. The Contest and EF's web site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. EF is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the photo competition, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to the photo competition, including but not limited to any misprints or typographical errors. EF assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

EF is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or lines, computer equipment, servers, providers, computer on-line systems, software, or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, including injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or uploading images or information in the photo contest.

If, for any reason, the photo competition is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to, any reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the photo competition, EF reserves the right at their/its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, extend, modify or suspend the photo competition.
