Make your dog's face famous throughout Estes Park! 

By popular demand the Estes Chamber brings back the Coolest Dog Contest -- connecting business and community through dog education (10% of proceeds will go to the Estes Park Pet Association) and raising money for Leadership Estes Park, so you can be the human your dog thinks you are. Please share this map of all the  businesses in town that are dog-friendly.  The winning dog from each of three categories will go on a special edition beverage label:

Special edition beer label from Lumpy Ridge Brewing for our Trailblazing Hiking Companions.


Special edition wine label from Snowy Peaks Winery for the purse-sized or small dog.

In honor of the royalty that just doesn't fit in any other category, Avant Garde Aleworks introduces  new category for the more majestic steeds in our dog community. If your dog is more of a princess or belongs among nobility, this is the category for you.

Thanks to Estes Park Brewery for hosting Mutterhorn Root Beer last year in honor of Youth in Action.  Mutterhorn has been retired this year!


Here's How You Enter
1. Select your category and enter your dog for $10.
2. Pick up your doggie bag at Estes Park Pet Supply valued at $24. 
3. Tell all your friends and family to vote for your dog - $1 a vote.


Bring Your Dog to Happy Hour
Every Tuesday in March at 5 p.m., you can also claim your entry prize at one of these events:


March 1 - Grand Opening of the 2022 Coolest Dog Contest with ribbon cutting at Estes Park Pet Supply.
March 8 - Bring Your Dog to Happy Hour at Lumpy Ridge Brewing
March 15 - Bring Your Dog to Happy Hour at Avant Garde Aleworks
March 22 - Bring Your Dog to Happy Hour at Lumpy Ridge Brewing
March 29 - Bring Your Dog to Happy Hour at Avant Garde Aleworks

Watch the Leaderboard 
Stay up to date on your dog's votes on this leaderboard. Last year teams were voting right up to the last minute. Voting is open until midnight March 31 and the results will be posted in real time. Watch this page for the dates we will unveil the winning labels with a party at Lumpy Ridge Brewing, Avant Garde Aleworks and Snowy Peaks Winery in early April with:

1st place
- your dog's face front and center of a beer can (or wine bottle),
- a case of beer (or half case of wine), and
- a primo prize pack from Estes Park Pet Supply.

2nd place 
- your dog's face on the back of a beer can(or wine bottle),
- a case of beer (or bottle of wine),
- and a super prize pack from Estes Park Pet Supply.

3rd place
