My Story
Kaden, a five-year-old with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, has undergone three open-heart surgeries and now needs a full heart transplant. Despite his challenges, Kaden loves gymnastics, drawing, and completing his school work. We continue to believe in Christ for Kaden and all Heart Warriors!
