My Story
Jaxon is our precious miracle 💙 Jax was born at 29 weeks weighing 2.5lbs. Jax has tetralogy of fallot and esophageal fistula with tracheoesophageal fistula. Our perfect little man just turned 2! He’s been through more surgeries and procedures than he can count on his two tiny hands, but we thank God for all of the strength and resilience He’s blessed him with! Our family is so thankful and grateful for Emerson Rose Foundation- all the love, support and guidance during the hard times in life.
