Tell us a little about your pet?
Mae Belle was born deaf. So far, she has learned 25 signs, from basic American Sign Language, but the sky is the limit! She is 2 1/2, and we’ve been together for 9 months. She chases sunbeams and snowflakes. She is like a dancer. Mae Belle is my heart. Her innocence, and love of life is contagious. She approaches everyone with such acceptance and trust, wagging her stub tail as if to say” Good morning, shall we dance?”

Tell us your pet's favorite trick or if there are any unique things that your pet can do?
Mae Belle can jump through a hula hoop and is beginning to weave through my legs. Her understanding of sign language grows daily!

Mae Belle is an ambassador of life! She is undaunted by the lack of hearing, because honestly, she hears with her whole self. She is always willing to embark on new adventures, and most of all, she sees the good in people, everywhere we go.
