While working at a vet hospital in Hiram, Katie’s owner brought her in. His (now) ex-wife THREW Katie into their garage with a 100lb black lab. No one knows quite what happened inside that garage, but her leg was completely broken in half. She was brought into the clinic where I worked. The owner was unable to afford her amputation, so He released her to the clinic. I took her in. She is the sweetest little cat, but don’t tell her she’s a cat. She enjoys running and playing with our dogs. She has a harness that we use to take her on walks. Due to her accident, she has terrible separation anxiety. Despite missing a leg, she is living a healthy happy life.
