We adopted Bleu in 2019, gorgeous dog with beautiful blue eyes. My husband is from Louisiana & she happens to be the Louisiana state dog! She was super sick with heart worm when we adopted her, thankfully she’s healthy now. A year later in 2020 we adopted Beaux who we were told is a pointer/husky mix.The rescue let us know he had pretty massive anxiety & was medicated daily. We worked with our vet to get him comfortable & off all meds!
While Bleu is high energy, Beaux is our snuggler. We couldn’t have picked more perfect dogs for our family & truly can’t imagine life without them. My husband and I both joke they are our emotional support pups. They are so good with our kids, so intelligent, and it breaks our hearts they were ever strays. One in a million truly. We have so many amazing pictures of them I wish we could upload more than one!
