Your Pet's Story or Bio
Sox was discovered by my in-law's dog, Lucy, when he was tossed into a ditch outside their home in south Georgia. They live on a dead end road so we assume the unkind people never thought anyone would find him. Weighing in at only 3 1/2 pounds and a belly full of worms at the time he was discovered we had to take him home to join our other dog, Max, and our cat, Gray.

He truly see's our son, Knox, as his best friend because Knox has loved him from the day we found him. He is a good dog, a loyal dog, kind, loving and dedicated to Knox and our whole family. He never meets a stranger and greets everyone with his love and enthusiasm.

Over the last two years, he has grown just a little since we found him, or should I say 'he found us'. The first time we took him back to visit south Ga we wondered if he would remember the ditch where he had been discarded, but if he did, you would never know it because he loves nothing better than to run around the farm with Knox and Lucy.

Sox reminds us daily how we can move on from a bad past when we feel loved and secure, to love life to the fullest every day and those around you. He is a shining example of how to be a true best friend.
