Who could pass up that face?! But the best thing about Toby is that he has a wonderful personality to go with it. He perks up when the garage door opens and greets us at the door. He will jump from the floor to your shoulders and lay across them for as long as you will allow. He loves to play. And, he has a special morning routine which includes lots of love and pets while sitting on the bathroom counter. He is unlike any cat we have ever had and are blessed to have found him at ICAC!
