Pet's Story or Bio
Toby was adopted from the ICAC&A center at the start of the pandemic (3/2020) and has been a treasured part of our family since that time. He is sassy, playful, cuddly and loving. He enjoys meeting new people but wants nothing to do with other dogs (probably because they take attention away from him!).
