We adopted sweet Norman from the Iowa City Adoption Center in December 2022. Norman is approximately 6 years old and is a 6 lb, long-hair Chihuahua and we are madly in love with him! He has more clothes than my husband and his favorite toy is his stuffed duck! He’s the sweetest snuggle-bug and he has blended perfectly into our family! We feel so fortunate to have found him!!!
