Pet's Story or Bio
Frank was adopted from the Iowa City Animal Care & Adoption Center in September of 2023. He has such a big personality. You always know how Frank is feeling with all of his facial expressions including his side eye. He LOVES being outside but also loves a good nap on the couch.
