Pet's Story or Bio
I found Java as a stray, adopted her from Jasper County after her stray hold, and adopted little Macchiato (formerly Piper) years later from IC. They soon became fast friends and the kitten adopted Java as her surrogate mom / safety blanket. You'd always find them snuggling like this when Java settled down, usually with my other two cats in the pile, too. We sadly lost Java to cancer in 2023. Maki still has her two other cat siblings to snuggle with and is starting to warm up to my new dog.
