Ophelia Elizabeth
I am Iowa City Animal Care & Adoption Center AlumniYour Pet's Story or BioOphelia was one of 3 female orange kittens at the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center back in October of 2025. After one visit we fell in love with her playful spirit and kind eyes. Ophelia is named after two songs from The Life of a Showgirl album by Taylor Swift (mom is a HUGE swiftie) because she was adopted the same week that album came out, AND she’s orange.. duh! Ophelia will be 1 on June 22nd (also a swiftie number).
