We are excited to introduce the first fundraising program to launch our partnership with the
Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan who is serving as the fiscal sponsor of the
ND Pro Media Community Give Back Program Fund. Our goal this year is to
raise over $25,000 for March of Dimes. With the positive response we have gotten from everyone we explained this program to, we are very optimistic that we will surpass our goal significantly.
How Does It Work?
With your $25 donation to the ND Pro Media Community Give Back Program Fund you will receive one FREE Magical Faerie Experience Portrait Session and a FREE Limited Edition 8 x 10 Print from ND Pro Media. No additional print purchase is required to enter the contest.
The Faeries For Babies Calendar Contest is broken down into 3 phases: portrait session, online voting and calendar sales. 100% of proceeds from all 3 phases will be donated to the March of Dimes.
All contestants will be entered into our online voting contest beginning September 1, 2014. During this phase you may recruit family and friends to vote for your child. The cost is $1 per vote with a minimum donation of $5. You can vote as many times and as often as you want. Online voting will end September 30, 2014.
Winners will be announced October 16, 2014. The top 13 children with the most votes will be featured in the first annual Faeries For Babies Charity Calendar. The grand prize winner will receive a prize package worth at least $1000. More details on prizes will be announced by August 31, 2014.
Will I Need To Sign A Model Release?
Yes. This is a model search. A standard model release will need to be signed by a parent. Those who make it into the calendar will also need to sign a print release. Even though the photographer retains the rights to the images according to copyright law, a model release is still needed to allow the images to be put online and used to market the ND Pro Media Community Give Back Program.
What Are The Age Requirements?
Your child must be between the age of 1-16 to participate. Girls will be transformed into magical faeries. Boys will be transformed into mighty warriors.
