A little about me...
My name is Bailey. I am 14 years old, and I have had an important job my whole life: taking care of my mom.
Every morning, I go on walks with her. Sometimes my legs are tired, and sometimes I move a little slower than I used to, but I still want to be by her side.
I love belly rubs, soft blankets, and being close to my mom. My favorite place is in her lap, with my head pressed against her chest. That's where I can hear her heartbeat and know everything is okay.
At night, I wait for her to go to bed before I can truly relax. She thinks it's her king-size bed, but we both know I generously let her share it with me.
I watch over her, guard her, and love her every day. I don't need much—just her voice, her touch, and knowing we're together.
I may be getting older, but my love for my mom never gets tired.
