Photograph Description
We went to photograph the sunrise at a lake, formed in the caldera of an old volcano. The sky had a thin cover of clouds, not the best for sunrise. Most of the group went up to an overlook, at the highest point on the path. I went the other way, and found trees to shoot through. I managed to frame the sun, as it rose, between the branches of a tree. For a brief moment, everything turned gold.
