Saratoga's Racetrack was muddy on this day, and this horse stopped for his spray down right after exiting the winner's circle. His blinkers kept him from any distractions while racing, but after it was over, I found him looking directly at my camera lens. The stark background and his dedicated stare helps to demonstrate the purposeful lack of distraction for both the horse, and the viewer of this photograph.
